We appreciate your understanding as we navigate our operations in the safest and most effective way during this unprecedented time. We will continue to follow all mandates set forth by our local government in providing you and your pet the best care possible, while maintaining appropriate safety procedures.
During this time, we are operating curbside only. We ask you to check-in via telephone once you arrive from your car. One of our wonderful staff members will meet you outside and bring your pet into the building for their full exam with a doctor. We understand that you may be nervous being separated from your pet but we assure you they are getting copious amounts of positive attention, including but not limited to belly rubs, head scratches and snuggles with our caring staff. You will have the opportunity to speak with the doctor regarding exam findings and discuss any concerns from the safety of your car. Payments are recommended over the phone, but we are still accepting cash and check.
Please be courteous to our staff as we are working very hard to maintain operations, as normal as possible. This includes running in and out of the building, often in inclement weather, keeping up with the tremendous amounts of increased phone volume, all while incorporating frequent cleaning protocols in between each appointment. Please wear a face mask for all interactions with staff. We work very hard to serve you and appreciate your respect, patience and understanding.
If you have tested positive for COVID or are experiencing symptoms, please do not bring your pet to the appointment. Please arrange for someone else to transport to and from the appointment.
